Bon Appetit & Lo Siento

Hello friend! This is a lifestyle blog. Not dissimilar, and not at all similar to GOOP. I like cooking complicated paleo style meals, intermittent vigorous exercise, surfing for porn, Mexican wrestling, and 70’s hard rock. I stay up at night wondering if the blueberries at a friend’s BBQ were organic, but then I will eat an entire box of Velveta Shells & Cheese in one sitting. In 2004 I ate a piece of cheese off the floor in a Parisian train station and projectile vomited all the way to London. Thank you for taking the time to look at my site.
